Product Introduction
Grade 1 titanium welded pipe (UNS R50250, CP Ti-1) is the most ductile grade among commercially pure titanium welded pipes compliant with ASTM B862. Gr1 welded titanium pipe features the lowest oxygen content, making it well suited for low-stress applications, highly corrosive environments, and scenarios where formability is a key requirement. Welded titanium tube is typically produced using ERW or TIG welding processes, followed by post-weld annealing.
