Titanium Grade 12 welded pipe (UNS R53400, Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni, W.Nr 3.7105) is an α+β titanium alloy welded pipe under ASTM B862, offering better corrosion resistance in oxidizing - reducing alternating media than pure titanium, with balanced strength and ductility, and must be supplied in the annealed state. It is typically TIG/ERW welded with full penetration and post - weld annealing, and is widely used in medium - high pressure, complex corrosive, and cryogenic industrial piping

• Welding: TIG/ERW with full penetration, argon - shielded; 100% NDT (eddy current + ultrasonic).
• Heat Treatment: Annealing at 600–650℃ for stress relief and microstructure homogenization.
