Grade 2 titanium elbow are key pipe fittings made from commercially pure titanium (Grade 2), designed primarily to change the direction of fluid flow in piping systems. Common angles include 45°, 90°, and 180°, with custom angles also available.

Titanium gr2 elbow is a representative commercially pure titanium grade, with a titanium content exceeding 99%. It offers excellent all-around performance:

• Corrosion resistance: Provides strong resistance to most organic acids, inorganic acids (such as dilute sulfuric acid), salt solutions, seawater, and other media. In harsh corrosive environments, it significantly outperforms carbon steel and most stainless steel grades.
• Mechanical properties: At room temperature, tensile strength reaches at least 345 MPa, yield strength is no less than 275 MPa, elongation after fracture is at least 20%, and reduction of area is at least 30%. The material offers good formability, machinability, and weldability, allowing it to be processed into elbows of various specifications through multiple manufacturing steps.
• Lightweight: With a density of approximately 4.51 g/cm³, Grade 2 titanium is only about 60% as dense as steel, effectively reducing the overall weight of piping systems and helping lower installation and operating costs.

The production and inspection of titanium elbows are strictly performed in accordance with the following international and national standards:
