Chemical composition The main components are approximately 90% titanium (Ti), 5.5%-6.75% aluminum (Al), and 3.5%-4.5% vanadium (V), and also contain small amounts of impurity elements such as iron, carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, and oxygen. Among them, the iron (Fe) content is ≤0.30%, the carbon (C) content is ≤0.08%, and the nitrogen (N) content is ≤0.05%. Hydrogen (H) content ≤0.015%, oxygen (O) content ≤0.20%.
Mechanical properties of Grade 5 6Al4V titanium hexagon bar: The density is approximately 4.43g/cm³, the tensile strength can reach about 950MPa, the yield strength is approximately 880MPa, the elongation is ≥10%, and the hardness is approximately Rc 34.
Main features
