Grade 3 titanium sheet (UNS R50550 / TA3) is a medium-strength commercially pure titanium. It contains slightly higher levels of interstitial elements-oxygen and iron-than Grade 1 or Grade 2, which gives it a solid balance of strength, corrosion resistance, and moderate formability. The material is manufactured to standards like ASTM B265 and ASME SB265, and is often chosen for applications that call for better strength than Grade 2 can offer while still needing reliable corrosion protection in low- to medium-stress environments.

• Tensile Strength: ≥450 MPa, roughly 30% stronger than Grade 2

• Hardness: ≤180 HB, compared to Grade 2's ≤150 HB
